OUR LIFTING PINS

SELF-LOCKING LIFTING PINS

Robust, easy to use, TÜV tested, with movable shackle or handle, the self-locking lifting pins are a fast and easy to use lifting tool. The knob locks the spindle for a secure grip.

Made of stainless steel (for outdoor use) or stainless steel, they have a load-bearing capacity of up to 1,000 kg.

SELF-LOCKING LIFTING PINS FOR TAPPED HOLES: DIRECT FIXING

RABOURDIN self-locking lifting pins for tapped holes are quick and easy to install. They avoid time-consuming handling and ensure safe lifting of heavy workpieces.

•          Ease of use : the self-locking lifting pins are inserted into the workpiece to be lifted for direct attachment.
•          An integrated counter-thread : a real time-saver : A simple press of the flush orange button locks it in place.
•          Handling and safety : Their mobile shackle allows a very good handling of the loads and avoids any risk of accidental unlocking.
•          Power and efficiency : The maximum load supported is up to 840 kilos*. Their breaking strength is guaranteed by the TÜV Sud certification.

•          Anti-corrosion treated : the stainless steel elements offer a high resistance to corrosion.
•          Resistant to wear and tear : Our self-locking lifting pins for tapped holes (Halder technology) have a hardened manganese phosphate steel shaft.

OUR LIFTING RINGS

Our lifting rings connect to the load from a shackle or hook.

SINGLE JOINT LIFTING RINGS

Screwed or welded, single lifting rings offer high strength for a wide range of applications.

Our range offers a wide choice to be selected according to the desired strength.

OUR ARTICULATED LIFTING RINGS 

To be screwed or welded, from M 8 to M 36 they can lift up to 20 tons.

Made of steel or stainless steel, with 180° inclination, 360° rotation or double articulation, they can be loaded in all directions and have a safety coefficient of 4. They comply with the European directive 98/37/CE.

The advantage of the articulated lifting eye is that it swings in the direction of the sling, allowing a larger load to be lifted much more safely than a standard lifting eye.
